Why rent when you can rent to own? If you can afford $1500 to $2500 per month in rent, then you can own a home in the Seacoast. Many renters either have limited funds for a downpayment on a new house and/or poor credit. We can help IF you have a solid job and truly want to own your own home! In some cases, we can even find a creative way for you to own a home right away. We are NOT realtors or residential mortgage brokers! We are creative financial professionals that want to help good people realize their dreams of home ownership in the Seacoast. We are very good at finding undervalued real estate, and finding creative ways to finance these properties. We can then structure a rent to own or an outright purchase of the property. For me to help, people need to answer questions, such as:

1. 1.Do you make enough income to afford the home you want?
2. How bad is your credit?
3. Is your credit good enough now to get your own mortgage?
4. How long will it take you to repair your credit?
5. Do you have any cash in the bank?
6. How badly do you want to own a home?
7. How committed are you to fixing your existing situation?

There are no right/wrong answers. However, question 1 is the key question. We can structure rent to own options around poor credit, no down payment, etc. But, we cannot change your income! Then, questions 6 and 7 are the next most important. We only want to help people that want to help themselves. We can't help you if you're not motivated to help yourself!
