Many customers come to us asking, "what's your best rate?"  Our answer will always focus on first identifying the customer's needs.  Then, we will look for the best product and structure for that particular deal.  Only then will we look at pricing.  Product and structure almost always outweigh pricing.  Pricing is simply a determining factor when product and structure parameters are met.
